About the Role We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Outlet Gold Coast Store. This is a Full time position working 38 hrs / wk across a Tuesday- Saturday roster. Key Responsibilities: Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help deliver on team budgets and KPIs. Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes. The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions. Understanding of Stock Management processes and prioritising tasks. Previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback with your team. Analysing reports to make commercial decisions that drive your business.
