Greencross Vets Mount Gravatt is the perfect practice for a senior vet nurse with existing leadership experience and a great sense of humour to join a team of positive and outgoing nurses and passionate veterinarians. We have a great relationship with the Petbarn team who are conveniently located under the same roof! This allows for a steady stream of cross-referrals and helps achieve a truly positive experience for all our clients and their pets. The Animal Emergency Centre covers the night care of our patients, so there are no afterhours required for this role! We are looking for a Full Time Practice Manager with leadership capabilities and attention to detail. You'll be goal-oriented and team-focused with the ability to coach and mentor in a collaborative manner. Familiarity with practice manager duties including rostering and human resources is a bonus. Preference for experience with RX Works and Kronos. Your new role will see you : Managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, including stock management, people management, and rostering, while maintaining client records. Leading and developing our team to provide an excellent client experience, exceptional patient care, and to build a positive team culture. Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met. Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives. Nursing duties as required, including training and mentoring nurses. About Your Skills & Experience : Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience). Genuine care for clients, patients, and your team. Experience in Practice Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse with team management, strong leadership, and team building skills. An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures. Strong communication and customer service skills. Good business insight and organisational skills. Interested?
