Add expected salary to your profile for insights. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Service Advisor who displays quality customer service and understands Motorcycle Servicing. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position, reporting to our Group After Sales Manager and is an integral part of our highly skilled Service Team. Duties and responsibilities: You will be working constantly with our customers both face-to-face and via telephone. Excellence in service is the key to our success, and our standards are high. You will need to be very knowledgeable regarding motorcycle servicing to ensure your scheduling and cost estimates are accurate. You will also need to be an exceptional internal communicator working closely with our Service and Parts team members, as well as our Sales team. You will need to ensure that all operational processes are followed, and reports/documents are accurately maintained. You will also liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. You will need to implement changes when necessary and resolve conflicts carefully and effectively. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor at a reputable dealership. Experience with quality brands such as BMW/Ducati will be highly regarded.
