With reference to our payment processing business, we operate across a range of industries, including Real Estate, Schools, Travel, B2B, Childcare and Thoroughbreds. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to maintain and grow clients in the QLD, WA and NT in our Real Estate payment processing business – Rental Rewards. Join us as a Business Development Manager for our innovative real estate payment solution, designed to streamline transactions and enhance the property management experience! Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify and engage potential clients in the real estate sector across QLD and WA. Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with property managers, real estate agents, and industry stakeholders. Product Demonstrations: Showcase our payment solution through engaging presentations and demos. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solution. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Account Management: Oversee client accounts to ensure satisfaction and address any issues. Implementation and Onboarding: Assist new clients with the implementation and onboarding process along with the implementation team. Training: Provide training to clients on how to use our payment solution effectively. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or financial services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with payment processing systems is a plus.
