We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to maintain and grow clients in the QLD, WA and NT in our Real Estate payment processing business – Rental Rewards. Join us as a Business Development Manager for our innovative real estate payment solution, designed to streamline transactions and enhance the property management experience! Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify and engage potential clients in the real estate sector across QLD and WA. Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with property managers, real estate agents, and industry stakeholders. Product Demonstrations: Showcase our payment solution through engaging presentations and demos. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solution. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Account Management: Oversee client accounts to ensure satisfaction and address any issues. Implementation and Onboarding: Assist new clients with the implementation and onboarding process along with the implementation team. Training: Provide training to clients on how to use our payment solution effectively. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or financial services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with payment processing systems is a plus.
