We are seeking an experienced Business Acceptance Manager with over 10 years of expertise in financial services, specialising in business analysis, process design, and testing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving large-scale transformation programmes, managing user acceptance testing, and ensuring alignment with target operating models. Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, they will deliver innovative solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Adept at defining testing criteria, managing defects, and leading teams to successfully implement complex system and process changes, the candidate will be committed to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes. Role Overview Join our client's End-to-End Transformation Programme, which aims to redesign data, system, and business process architecture to enhance expertise, improve business partnerships, and enable data-driven decision-making. As the Business Acceptance Manager, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and delivery of testing phases, ensuring alignment with the target operating model. Your role will involve managing Business Acceptance and Testing for the end-user portal and related processes, working closely with various teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet user expectations. You will define testing criteria, lead the business acceptance team, track defects, and ensure a smooth testing process while contributing to continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities: 10+ years of experience in financial services as a Business Analyst, with exposure to testing. Proven experience in large project/programme delivery and implementation phases. Ability to take ownership and lead in ambiguous situations. Actively contribute to business innovation, product ideation, and knowledge sharing. Experience in business process design and the implementation of new processes. Experience working with senior leaders, including department heads and programme managers. Expertise in testing and rolling out business processes in alignment with Target Operating Models. Experience in managing platform testing, including platform upgrades and functional testing.
