We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Accountant to partner with our central support functions and provide insightful financial analysis to senior management.The Role As a Business Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing the financial performance of central support functions and collaborating with leadership to drive decision-making. You will deliver accurate and timely financial information, support forecasting processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement.Key Responsibilities Business partnering with central support functions, analysing and communicating financial performance. Providing financial support, analysis, and challenge to drive business decisions. Preparing and reviewing financial statements, reports, and KPIs. Supporting forecasting processes and collaborating with non-finance managers. Identifying and implementing process and control improvements. Reviewing variances to forecasts and raising actions to enhance performance. Participating in cross-finance and business initiatives to add value. What We're Looking For Qualifications: Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA). Experience: Relevant experience in a financial environment. Solid understanding of management accounting, financial analysis, and reporting techniques. Skills: Strong analytical and numerical abilities. Proficiency in accounting systems, financial planning tools, and spreadsheets (SAP S4 HANA and SAP BPC experience is advantageous).
