Business Administration Trainee - Waste & City Presentation Zeal Futures is offering a 12-month Traineeship, where you'll gain a Certificate III Business Administration . Enjoy a blend of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and hands-on experience with our Host Employer, Camden Council based in Narellan and work within the rapidly growing Local Government area. As a Business Administration Trainee, you will enjoy 80% office work focusing on administrative tasks within the office environment. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills for a long-term career. Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to: Organise documents with precision to enhance accessibility. Address enquiries with a friendly and informative approach, ensuring a positive experience for every individual. Efficiently book appointments to facilitate hassle-free waste collection. Manage the inbox, prioritizing messages, and ensuring timely responses. Create clear and professional replies to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Capture key discussions and decisions during meetings to maintain clarity and accountability. Diligently input information to keep records up-to-date and reliable. Update and close customer requests seamlessly. Assist the Waste and City Presentation Teams, ensuring smooth operations in both office settings and on-site activities. Who We're Looking For? The ideal candidate is someone who: Demonstrates a strong desire to acquire new skills and knowledge through a commitment to on-the-job as well as off-the-job learning. A keen eye for detail and takes pride in their work. Trustworthy to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Confident and effective in both written and verbal communication. Proficient in using computers and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office). Possession of a P1 or higher driver's license is also required. This position requires full vaccination for COVID-19 or willingness to obtain to meet the Council's WHS requirements and COVID-19 Safety Plans.
