It’s why our clients succeed too.Job Description Key Responsibilities: Assist with bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and bookkeeping. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Perform monthly reconciliations for debtor and creditor accounts. Complete and post daily timesheets. Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analysing account information. Proactively engage with clients by phone or in person to build their trust and confidence in William Buck. Address any concerns or issues raised by clients in a sensitive and responsive manner. Ensure that the Partner/Manager is kept informed of any issues that could negatively impact the client relationship. Desired Skills And Experience What you need: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong academic performance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax preparation software is a plus.
