Job Description Manage, mentor, and guide a team of Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts, providing regular coaching and performance feedback to ensure professional growth and high-quality outputs. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of business analysis activities for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities. Review and validate business analysis deliverables, including requirements documentation, process diagrams, and user stories, ensuring they meet organizational standards and stakeholder expectations. Assign tasks, manage workloads, and optimize resource allocation to balance team capacity with project demands. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring their needs are accurately captured and addressed. Develop, implement, and maintain business analysis standards, methodologies, templates, and tools to promote consistency and efficiency across projects. Address project challenges and escalate risks as needed, proposing innovative solutions to meet business and project goals. Identify skill gaps within the team and coordinate training sessions to strengthen technical and analytical competencies. Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and other department heads to ensure seamless execution and integration of business solutions. Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role. • Expert-level knowledge of business analysis tools, methodologies, and techniques, with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence). • Solid understanding of Agile and project management methodologies. • Proven ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and manage conflict constructively. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage and align diverse stakeholders effectively. • Ability to align team efforts with organizational goals and translate high-level business objectives into actionable deliverables. • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address complex challenges and drive solutions. • Certification in Business Analysis is highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
