Role: - Senior Associate Consultant (Business Analyst – Fraud and Scam) Location: - Sydney Status – 1 Year fixed term, extendable based on project requirement NOTE - Only applicants with Australia full work rights, i.e., holding a valid visa will be considered for the role. JOB DESCRIPTION: - Key Responsibilities Collect and provide data requirements for extensive data or reporting projects. Assist in writing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Verification Testing (BVT) for data use cases using SQL and/or Python. Serve as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in eliciting technical requirements for data, technology, or reporting projects. Work closely with high-priority data and technology deliverables across the FC portfolio to support accelerated delivery and resolve issues. Offer recommendations and solutions to problems based on data analysis. Clearly document and communicate data quality issues and their impact on outcomes. Essential Skills and Experience Skilled in collaborating with operational teams to convert business requirements into data and technology solutions and has experience with fraud prevention, fraud analysis, or AML. Adept at managing and effectively communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders. Capable of swiftly identifying and resolving potential obstacles and issues in the data delivery process to ensure timely results. Qualification Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, computer science, statistics, or related discipline. Must be able to start immediately.
