Our Group's over 3000 team members across the East Coast, consistently strive to make a difference in the communities we serve.Overview of our role We are looking for a dedicated and collaborative Business Analyst (Gas Markets) to join us on a 2-year fixed term opportunity to play a key role in replacing our end-of-life Hydrocarbon Accounting solution, with a next-generation system (HCAS).This critical investment is designed to enhance our people, processes, and technology, delivering an innovative HCAS solution encompassing business operations and technology. The Business Analyst will contribute to the definition and documentation of new business processes, training needs analysis, test definition and execution, end user acceptance of the solution and support the end users as the solution is rolled out.This is a hybrid role with in-office working days being Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.Key Responsibilities include: Collaborate with stakeholders to create roadmaps for the new HCA system, aligning business needs with cutting-edge solutions Develop detailed business requirements, process models, and functional specifications Lead workshops to map "as-is" and "to-be" processes, ensuring seamless delivery of outcomes Foster a "One Team" culture, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional results About You We're looking for a forward-thinker who excels in ambiguity and brings strong interpersonal and analytical skills to the table. You'll have:Proven experience in business analysis and process improvement Knowledge of the Gas Markets industry (preferred) Demonstrated ability to understand complex business requirements and introduce business process improvements opportunities Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining positive working relationships Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with IT infrastructure and system design (desirable) Our people are our energy source and we offer meaningful benefits and rewards that work for you.
