Business Analyst - Asset Management systems - NTG PAY Integration Job Description Location: Darwin, NTDuration: 9 months (with potential extensions)Client: Northern Territory Government (NTG) Cloudstreet Consulting is hiring an experienced Business Analyst to lead the integration of the Asset Systems Nexus (ASNEX) solution with NTG Pay for our government client, the Northern Territory Government (NTG). This role will play a key part in modernizing asset management and payment processes by streamlining data exchange and enhancing financial transparency.The successful candidate will serve as the lead Business Analyst and perform project management duties, ensuring seamless integration and improved operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for ASNEX-NTG Pay integration. Engage with stakeholders, including the project board, agency users, and system analysts. Conduct business process analysis and recommend improvements. Define data mapping and migration strategies between ASNEX and NTG Pay. Oversee testing activities (unit, integration, and UAT) to ensure a smooth system transition. Collaborate with third-party software vendors for system integration. Use JIRA and RAIDQ for workload and project controls. Provide training and user documentation for the integrated system. Support ongoing maintenance and post-implementation improvements. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in government or asset management projects. Strong expertise in business process improvement, data mapping, and financial systems. Knowledge of asset information systems, financial transactions, and NTG Pay. Experience managing system integrations and working with external vendors. High proficiency in stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation. Hands-on experience with JIRA and project risk management tools (RAIDQ). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
