Job Description

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record working on COTS implementations? We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to be the vital bridge between business units and technology. In this role, you play a key role in the successful implementation of a new off the shelf product, as well as the decommissioning of the legacy system. Key Responsibilities: Act as the conduit between various business units and technology teams, understanding business requirements and determining the best technological solutions, either from existing systems or by going to market. Develop clear documentation outlining business problems and potential technology solutions, ensuring alignment with the broader technology ecosystem. Engage with technology teams to assess architecture and potential vendors, ensuring compatibility and optimal solutions. Navigate ambiguous situations and work independently to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and produce necessary documentation. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a large and complex environment. Demonstrated capability working on COTS implementations. Experience working in large and complex Agile environments. Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and interact with stakeholders at all levels. Strong documentation and communication skills. Ability to manage and oversee smaller projects from start to finish. #J-18808-Ljbffr
