Job Description

This is a 6-month contract opportunity for a BA who has Click 2 Pay experience Location - Perth WA, or remote in Sydney Excellent Rate Immediate Start Key Responsibilities Analyse, synthesize, communicate, validate and manage requirements for changes to systems and business processes. Analyse and document business/functional requirements using standard analysis methodologies and tools. Define requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria with the customer experience and business goals in mind. Convert business needs into functional designs using knowledge of system capabilities and business rules. Conduct effective Agile ceremonies with a continuous improvement mindset around ways of working. Identify project delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies. Consult with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to build a shared understanding of the problem and solution whilst providing support for scope and delivery decisions. Work closely with stakeholders and change management to identify impacts to business processes as a result of system or application changes. Provide support and participate in testing activities ensuring adequate coverage. Provide ongoing assistance to support teams for functionality released into production. Undertake any other tasks assigned by your manager that you have the capability to perform safely in line with relevant internal Bank policies and external regulatory requirements. We're interested in hearing from people who have Advanced skills in stakeholder engagement, people influencing and Change Management. Knowledge of Digital Payments, User Experience, API designs, Systems Integration, Data mapping and User security. Knowledge of regulations as relates to payments including Privacy. Knowledge of agile business analysis processes & techniques (i.e. Epics, User Stories, Use Cases), Business Process Modelling. Software and solution delivery lifecycle practices, including payments related project delivery. Experience working on technology enabled projects involving complex system integrations. Experience working in Agile dispersed teams on-shore and off-shore. Able to manage business stakeholders and run requirements workshops with no minimum supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
