Business Analyst - ERP - TechnologyOne - Contract Our national clients based in Brisbane are looking for people with all-round ERP - BA skills to join their team on an initial contract basis to work remotely with a major client. The client has a TechOne / TechnologyOne environment so having T1 experience is an advantage. We are looking for someone who lives in the Brisbane area as this is not a remote role. An ERP Business Analyst is a professional responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems within an organization, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify areas for improvement, and configure the ERP software to streamline operations and enhance efficiency across various departments like finance, HR, sales, and supply chain. Key responsibilities of an ERP Business Analyst: Requirement Gathering: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify pain points and gather detailed requirements from stakeholders across different departments to inform ERP system design. Process Mapping: Document and visualize current business processes using tools like flowcharts to identify potential areas for optimization and system integration. Solution Design: Develop functional specifications and design solutions within the ERP system to address identified business needs, considering system configuration options and customization possibilities. Implementation Planning: Create project plans for ERP implementation, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and change management strategies. Data Migration: Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to the new ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. User Training: Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on the new ERP system functionalities and features, ensuring proper adoption and usage. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of the ERP system to identify and resolve issues before deployment, ensuring system functionality meets requirements. Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support to users, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and managing system updates. System Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments to optimize ERP functionality.
