Business Analyst - Finance Transformation Are you an experienced business focused Business Analyst looking to play a key role in a high profile finance transformation? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading insurance company and work on a complex, large-scale transformation initiative. Key responsibilities in this role will include: Engage with senior stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements. Support the end-to-end delivery of a finance transformation program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and define future-state operating models. Work closely with finance, technology, and operational teams to drive change, ensuring governance, compliance, and regulatory considerations are met. As the successful candidate, you will offer: Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on finance transformation projects. Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels. Expertise in requirements gathering, process improvement and business case development. Experience within insurance is highly desirable, but candidates from banking or broader financial services, who have worked across significant finance transformations will also be considered. Knowledge of finance systems, reporting and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
