Job Description We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to collaborate with Fleet Director, Fleet Team and IT Projects team, business stakeholders, and system vendors on new fleet initiatives and quality management of fleet processes and reporting. The Role: The Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring that VWFS project standards, methodology and frameworks are adhered to, and that the timelines are achieved within the defined scope of Fleet projects. What you'll do: Assist the business with refining the existing data reporting and data warehouse optimisation to support optimal business tracking. Ensure that technical solution meets the needs of the business. Work closely with IT to develop technical solution designs and document as-built technical solution. Present technical solutions to IT and business stakeholders. Facilitate collection of business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement. Identify and document business and functional requirements including process maps. Elicit customer requirements using various engagement techniques and analysis of processes and documentation. Review software processes and functionality requirements. Prepare and coordinate project specifications. Manage the project plan and schedule and provide project reports. Ensure business achieves the agreed set of quality gates and milestones for each project in line with the project plan. Consult with Project Stakeholders, providing advice and facilitating open discussion; resolving conflict; establish trust; build and use cross functional relationships to accomplish work objectives. Review and recommend solutions to ensure optimised business processes. Perform quality checks and coordinate business acceptance of vendor specification. Coordinate cross functional support for application configuration and requirements testing. What you'll bring: Tertiary qualifications with a focus on IT, Project Management or Business Improvement. 2+ years Business Analyst or Project Management experience. Sound working knowledge of project management lifecycles, methodologies and procedures (both waterfall and agile). Structured problem solving and communication skills (written and oral). Ability to collaborate across the project teams, relevant stakeholders and business area. Ability to work autonomously as required. Sound understanding of business processes. Finance industry experience. Good technical understanding of IT environment. Exceptional knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office tools. Are you Driven by More?
