Job Description
12 Months contract with possible extensions Based in ACT Must have NV1 Security Clearance Skills - Enterprise Service Management Software Service Management subject matter ITIL. The Systems Analyst / Business Analyst will use their in-depth knowledge of IT Service Management to deliver outcomes. They will work closely with customers, end user representatives of the customer, and IT managers in charge of Service Management to produce expected deliverables. Key duties may include, but are not limited to: Stakeholder Engagement to elicit requirements. Conduct end user workshops to formulate requirements. Collaboration with ITSM SMEs and leadership for business process requirements. Documenting business requirements in the form of epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with project management team regarding system deployment. Primary Technologies - Enterprise Service Management Software Service Management subject matter ITIL. Key skills and experience requirements: Systems Analyst and/or Business Analyst experience with business improvement initiatives and business transformational projects. Good understanding of BPM tools (BPMN and UML). Systems and/or business analyst experience with Service Management Tool uplift. Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
