It's in our DNA to challenge the ways of working.About the job: Lead detailed analysis to guide the decision-making process to support end-solutions for clients and help formulate technical designs to satisfy business requirements that help solve complex technical and business challenges for partner solutions. Configure partner solutions relative to client requirements both functional and technical. Conduct functional testing with clients and document further business and technical requirements. Estimation and resource planning associated with solution delivery of partner solutions. Work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure accurate project development, management, and delivery. Serve as a trusted advisor and collaborate cross-functionally with Synpulse partners throughout the project lifecycle to achieve target outcomes. About you: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a renowned university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Mathematics or Actuarial studies. 3-5 years professional experience in technical consulting or a similar function in projects within the investment advisory process/knowledge of discretionary mandates. Experience in migration/integration, private banking, and wealth management is an advantage. Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with the ability to identify complex problems, consider them analytically, and conceptualize solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, and experience communicating with clients at various levels across an organization.
