We are looking for a Business Analyst to support our Omnichannel Enablers Team. This team is dedicated to designing and delivering solutions on our voice and digital engagement platforms. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in liaising with a varied group of stakeholders and teams to understand complex problems and generate outstanding outcomes for our personal banking clients on our Banking and Financial Services voice and digital engagement platforms. You will understand our customers' needs, varied business landscapes and processes to clearly articulate and translate business requirements into accurate user stories and technical requirements. You will collaborate closely with the Product Manager to identify the best solutions for prioritised initiatives and features, work with Banking and Financial Services stakeholders, Designers, Architects, Lead Engineers, and Vendors to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions. What you offer Experience working as a Business Analyst on cloud-based or SaaS solutions in large environments (>1000 users). Proven ability to develop and document functional and non-functional user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Experience successfully collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders to drive business outcomes. Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end digital solutions. Strong attention to detail and analytical, critical thinking skills.
