We're seeking a talented individual to play a key role in this transformative initiative. About the Role: As an IT Business Process Improvement & Automation Specialist, you will analyze existing business processes, identify improvement areas, and design and implement automated solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and ensure solutions align with business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact a large-scale project and contribute to the modernization of a key national organization. Key Responsibilities: Analyze current business processes and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation. Design and develop automated solutions using appropriate technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow automation tools, scripting languages). Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs. Develop and maintain documentation related to process improvements and automation implementations. Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of automated solutions. Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and automated systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in business process improvement and automation technologies. Contribute to the overall success of the project by meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in business process improvement and automation. Strong understanding of business process modeling methodologies (e.g., BPMN). Hands-on experience with automation tools and technologies (e.g., RPA platforms, workflow automation software, scripting languages like Python or PowerShell). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in a large, complex organization is highly desirable. Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, BPMN) are a plus.
