If you have 4 years+ BA experience with RPA and excellent client facing skills we would love to hear from you! If you also have experience working in the Financial Services Industry, this would be highly advantageous. This is a permanent role and can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.Responsibilities: Gathering and documenting requirements with business stakeholders, facilitating workshops, interviews and user story mapping. Refining the product and squad backlogs, breaking down large epics and features into smaller, manageable user stories and creating new user stories and Acceptance Criteria. Analysing data and business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Supporting UX/UI design particularly for digital assets, including wireframing. Translating technical findings into business language and vice versa. Identifying and recommend opportunities for process optimization, contributing to the development of user-friendly, scalable products and platforms. What you’ll need to succeed: 4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, in an Agile environment Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience essential Financial Services Industry experience highly advantageous Demonstrated ability to create meticulous and high-quality documentation with a keen attention to detail Adaptable to change and skilled at adjusting documentation in response to evolving requirements and cross-functional collaboration Previous experience collaborating with a wide range of technical and functional roles Experience with work management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Miro, Lucidchart and Figma. Ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work across multiple products / platforms / squads. Ability to effectively plan, schedule and monitor work to meet time and quality targets. Effective facilitation of collaboration between stakeholders. Ability to select appropriately and apply standards, methods, tools and applications.
