This role focuses on driving strategic initiatives by developing detailed business cases, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and delivering value-driven solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Analyze and document business requirements and workflows.• Develop comprehensive business cases and ROI assessments.• Collaborate with technical teams and manage stakeholder relationships.• Provide insights into subscription management and SaaS best practices.Qualifications:• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years in SaaS or subscription management.• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.• Experience with platforms like Zuora, Salesforce Billing, or Chargebee is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
