For more information, please visit ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst: 8 to 12 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment. Excellent knowledge about ServiceNow Out of Box Modules, Processes and Integration technologies with other platforms. Requirement Gathering, analyzing, document and managing business and user requirements (both functional and non-functional) to effectively recommend and functionally design technology solutions that best address the requirements. Identify potential solutions for the business and provide input to issues or risks (through solid knowledge of the business and user requirements). Identify project interdependencies and communicate requirement/scope issues and participate in driving them to resolution for inclusion in the functional specifications. Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for input into application activities. Interact with SMEs, application development, implementation support and production support staff to define functional specifications that meet users requirements and are technically appropriate. Participate in the investigation and resolution of complex and unusual problems. Recommend changes to established methods, suggests alternative solutions and new methods, to improve quality and increase productivity. Communicate with the Project Managers and assists in the management of client expectations. Provide support for creation and maintenance of project documentation as per development life cycle.
