We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in this transformation, driving innovative solutions to achieve our ambitious goals.This position requires a self-starter with a proven ability to navigate complex environments, initiate tasks independently, and confidently engage in challenging conversations to drive results.Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence Conduct detailed business analysis to identify opportunities, define requirements, and recommend innovative solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Document and analyse 'As Is' and 'To Be' business processes, using methodologies such as BPMN, Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to refine requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and enhancing the end-user experience. Leverage data analysis to support decision-making, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Partner with project managers to ensure seamless implementation, provide post-implementation support, and monitor solution effectiveness. Apply business process automation tools to streamline operations and drive efficiencies. Collaborate with change management teams to translate requirements into practical training materials for end-users. Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather input, align on objectives, and build consensus. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring professional and transparent communication. Lead collaborative project activities, such as backlog refinements, showcases, and retrospectives. Governance and Risk Maintain adherence to governance and risk management frameworks, proactively following up on outstanding issues to drive accountability and progress. Identify risks and support the development of mitigation strategies. About You You are a dynamic Business Analyst with a consulting mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your ability to think critically and navigate complex business environments positions you as a key driver of organisational transformation.Skills and Experience A self-starter who thrives in challenging situations, can independently initiate tasks, and approaches difficult conversations with confidence. Experience working in large complex organisations or equivalent, with a strong understanding of business analysis processes and a track record of thinking outside the box. Experience in financial services, with an understanding of the industry's complexities and regulatory landscape desirable. Strong skills in business process optimisation, using methodologies such as BPMN, Lean, or Six Sigma. Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and build consensus among stakeholders. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt) is desirable. Familiarity with automation and robotics tools is a plus.
