Our services include: Drug and alcohol testing, programs, and policies Education and training Drug and alcohol testing products Wellness checks and Workplace Vaccinations Programs Position The Business Analyst is responsible for analysing financial data, developing insights to support strategic decision-making, and ensuring accurate financial reporting within the AusHealth Work Division. This role combines financial analysis with business process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. What will my day to day look like? Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct cost-benefit analyses and financial modelling. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide financial insights. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and client invoicing. Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring. What do I need? To be successful in this role, you will have: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in financial analysis or accounting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong organisational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Understanding of business processes and systems. Desirable Qualifications: • Prior experience in a similar healthcare role (desirable, but not essential) • Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards. • Familiarity with project management methodologies. • Experience with CRM systems.
