We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Workers' Compensation Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing our workers' compensation program by leveraging data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. This position will require strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of workers' compensation processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. The Workers' Compensation Business Analyst will help drive process improvements, data-driven decision-making, and help shape the strategy of our workers' compensation program. Essential Job Functions: Execute and oversee business process transactions, focusing on quality and efficiency. Analyze data, contribute to process improvements, and assist in reporting. Collaborate with senior analysts, managers, and other team members. Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and opportunities for enhancement. Ensure compliance with quality and procedural standards. Contribute insights for improving process performance. Analyze data trends and patterns to support decision-making. Assist in maintaining and updating process documentation. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role. Proven experience in business process transactions. Proficiencies in business process management and optimization. A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology. Other Qualifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) or significant relevant work experience a plus.
