We’re looking for a Power BI Specialist to join our team, responsible for enhancing, maintaining and developing new Business Intelligence reports and dashboards with the Operations and Maintenance arm of Worley. This role can be done remotely or if you prefer you can work hybrid or full time from one of our offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Townsville, Geelong or Bunbury. About the Role The role involves working closely with multiple stakeholders within the business (finance, HSE, sites) translating business requirements into technical specifications, designing data models, creating insightful reports, and collaborating with both technical and business teams to ensure effective decision-making. What you’ll do The role responsibilities include: Analyse data, and create interactive, visually appealing, and insightful reports using Power BI, with a focus on clarity and ease of use. Perform data cleansing, transformation, and integration from multiple sources to ensure accurate reporting. Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate Data from various sources. Identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently. Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide the timeline to accomplish tasks. What you’ll bring Qualifications in Information Technology or other relevant discipline. Considerable experience and proficiency in Data Analytical tools like Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, SQL, SSRS and Visual studio. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP whilst not essential is advantageous. An analytical and problem-solving mindset and approach. Self-motivated and eager to learn.
