Business Analyst X 6 (AC10051) Canberra, Australia Salary: AUD120 - AUD140 per hour + Transparent Fee Structure 8 Month Contract + 12 Month Extension NV1 Clearance Required Must be based in Canberra, no remote flexibility Our Client, a federal government department located in Barton, are seeking up to 6 x Business Analysts to assist with the delivery of multiple projects within a Cyber Security and ICT Operation Uplift Program. Deliverables of the Business Analysts will include: Engage with business areas to understand and document business requirements, user needs, current and future state ICT goals; Develop and co-design artefacts including but not limited to, business process maps, user journey maps, prototypes and technical drawings of potential solutions; Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts to agree requirements, priorities and determine allocation of work; Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and branch, developing a good understanding of initiatives, goals and priorities; Prepare correspondence, reports and internal communication content as required; Organising meetings and completing other duties as required; Work as part of a team, contributing to achieve team goals. To be deemed suitable for this opportunity, you will have: Proven practical experience in requirements gathering and documentation, business rules definition, process/workflow design and liaison with business representatives; Strong analytical and communication skills; Experience in facilitating business groups/ forums to elicit requirements; Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment; Experience with Networks and infrastructure; Demonstrated 3+ years’ experience working within a project team.
