Job Description

Business Analyst/Project Manager (Dynamics 365 CRM) Contract-based role, an ABN is required for this position. Full flexibility of remote working with occasional on-site visits in Port Macquarie required. Overview: We are looking for a talented Business Analyst/Project Manager with strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM solutions. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing the design, development, enhancement, and delivery of CRM systems, ensuring they meet both business and technical requirements. You will also be responsible for ensuring that change management practices are understood and effectively integrated throughout the project lifecycle and/or identified continuous improvements. Additionally, you will liaise with stakeholders, manage software enhancements, and lead development teams through the process to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives including project scope definition, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. Risk and Compliance: Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement solutions to resolve issues and ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and quality assurance processes. System Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement CRM systems to support both business and technical requirements, particularly within Microsoft Dynamics 365 . Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with customer stakeholders to analyze business needs, define functional specifications, and provide consultation on operational uses of the CRM platform. Software Enhancements & Issue Resolution: Own and deliver software enhancements, minor projects, and defect resolutions for Dynamics 365, while managing the integration of new features. Problem-Solving & Design: Identify design issues and create elegant, user-centered solutions. Work iteratively to refine and improve systems. Change Management Integration: Incorporate change management practices into project planning and execution, ensuring that both technical and organizational changes are managed effectively. This includes understanding the impact of changes and ensuring smooth transitions for stakeholders. Team Leadership: Independently lead a team of developers to deliver solutions, including managing offshore teams while ensuring high collaboration and coordination. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are met while keeping them informed of project progress and issues. Facilitate conversations around change impacts and mitigation strategies. Multitasking & Deadline Management: Work effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines across various projects. Experience: 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, including customization and configuration. Technical Skills: Strong technical proficiency in related technologies such as SQL . Microsoft Power Platform: Hands-on experience with: Dynamics 365 . Agile Methodology: Experience working within Agile development frameworks. Change Management Understanding: Familiarity with change management practices and the ability to integrate these into project delivery. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical, efficient solutions. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work and liaise with diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and drive a team and engage and manage stakeholders. Desirable Qualifications: Certifications: Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365, Agile methodologies, change management, or project management. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM solutions and integrations in a business setting, particularly in Dynamics 365 environments. Project Management: Proven experience managing IT projects, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes. Background in NDIS and Aged Care: Foundational understanding of the policies of in-home aged care. Risk and Compliance: Desirable to have a good understanding of risk and compliance relative to IT standards and data governance. Ability to participate in providing advice to policy and compliance goals related to the business requirements. IT Strategic Insights: Knowledge to develop Technology Roadmap and strategic alignment with business outcomes and goals.
