These exciting roles focus on delivering innovative solutions in specialised domains, including: Program Coordination Service Integration and Management (SIAM)/IT Service Management (ITSM) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Case Management (Salesforce) Cyber and Technical Systems Integration and Infrastructure As part of this dynamic team, you will contribute to key projects that improve enterprise systems, enhance governance, and strengthen services for Australians. Key Responsibilities: Senior Business Analyst – Program Coordination Collaborate with the Program Manager and Leadership Team to align program activities with strategic priorities. Coordinate program-wide initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across streams and workstreams. Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for program governance and senior stakeholders. Monitor program risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place. Act as the central coordinator for program governance, providing leadership support and promoting cross-functional collaboration. Business Analyst – SIAM/ITSM Conduct detailed business analysis to translate challenges into actionable requirements. Facilitate workshops and discussions to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work within agile frameworks to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with program objectives. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, system designs, and requirement specifications. Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities. Support testing, quality assurance, and change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of solutions. Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst – CRM Case Management Lead requirements gathering for Salesforce CRM, focusing on case creation, management, and archiving. Collaborate on system process mapping, configuration, and implementation to uplift the Commission’s Operating System (COS). Translate business needs into scalable and fit-for-purpose CRM solutions, ensuring process optimisation and compliance. Develop tailored strategies for CRM implementations, focusing on usability, scalability, and alignment with organisational goals. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and integration of the CRM platform. Business Analyst – Cyber and Technical Systems Lead requirements elicitation and development for cybersecurity hosting and system development initiatives. Use UML, BPMN, and system modelling tools to create detailed context diagrams, as well as Level 1–3 diagrams, to define technical and functional requirements. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure solutions align with government security standards and frameworks. Support the design and integration of robust cybersecurity controls and hosting solutions to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities. Translate technical cybersecurity challenges into actionable solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Business Analyst – Integration and Infrastructure Lead the development of infrastructure and enterprise-level integration requirements, supporting seamless system interconnectivity. Collaborate with government agencies and technology providers to implement integration solutions, ensuring governance and compliance standards are met. Support the implementation of cloud infrastructure solutions, including Azure, and design hybrid network architectures. Design and implement integration frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Prepare detailed documentation, including integration blueprints, system diagrams, and technical specifications. For All Roles Conduct detailed business analysis to translate challenges into actionable requirements. Facilitate workshops and discussions to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work within agile frameworks to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with program objectives. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, system designs, and requirement specifications. Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities. Support testing, quality assurance, and change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
