Description Business Analyst - UAMLocation: Sydney, 3 days a week office attendanceJob Type: 12 month contractIndustry: Bankingday rate: $875-$975 inclusive of super per dayWe are looking for a strong Business Analyst with strong expertise in Excel and role mining to support a UAM program.Work with key stakeholders across the bank Extract and analyze data from SailPoint and generate basic reports. Compare SailPoint data with HR records to ensure consistency in access management. Conduct role mining to identify application and entitlement access needs for different teams. Work extensively with spreadsheets, leveraging pivot tables for data analysis and visualization. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize role-based access controls. Support ongoing UAM initiatives, including access review and compliance checks. 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a high governed organization Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data manipulation. Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ or similar UAM tools. Familiarity with role mining and entitlement analysis. Ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful insights. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Exposure to CyberArk or other IAM tools is a plus Candidate must have full work rights and be based in Sydney.Apply Now #J-18808-Ljbffr
