Business Central (BC) Lead Consultant Manager This position is offered by Dynamo Recruitment for a fast-growing MS partner with a strong pipeline of projects in the D365 BC space. The role includes leading and managing an established team while also engaging in hands-on consulting. Base Pay Range A$200,000.00/yr - A$220,000.00/yr Location This role can be based in Adelaide, Brisbane, or Melbourne. Responsibilities include: Analyse and Understand Business Requirements: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client’s Business Central processes and requirements. Design and Implement Solutions: Develop Dynamics 365 BC solutions that meet client requirements, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness. Customisation and Integration: Enhance Dynamics 365 BC modules as needed and ensure seamless integration with other systems. Data Management: Oversee data migration, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Manage and maintain data within Dynamics 365 BC. Testing and Quality Assurance: Execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs and are free from defects. User Training and Support: Develop and provide training to users and offer ongoing support for Dynamics 365 BC. Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for successful project completion. Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and optimize the implemented solutions based on feedback and evolving business needs. Skills Required: Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 BC functionalities. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse business processes and requirements. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Experience and Qualification Required: Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or in a similar role. Qualifications: Degree Qualified. Certifications: Certification in Dynamics 365 BC is highly desirable. Previous Projects: Proven track record of successful implementation of Dynamics 365 BC in a business environment. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with supply chain management processes.
