Job Description
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced change professional to implement structure review outcomes in Family Law Services. You will coordinate business activities including communication, systems changes, accommodation, recruitment and appointments. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the following: Lead the implementation of the revised structure in Family Law Services, working closely with Corporate Services and the Family Law Leadership Team. Prepare a plan and coordinate implementation activities to meet agreed timeframes. Organise and participate in recruitment and selection processes to fill vacant positions that were created through the structure review process. Also utilise existing suitability lists to fill roles where possible. Prepare documentation to update the payroll system and other corporate systems to reflect the revised structure. You will have: You have knowledge of public sector human resource directives and policies that are relevant to a structure review. You write in a clear, concise and articulate manner and have experience preparing communication, briefing notes, reports and other business documents. You can build and sustain relationships with a network of key people. You discuss issues credibly, offer convincing rationale, negotiate persuasively and your advice influences decision making. You have experience implementing structure change including undertaking recruitment, selection and establishment management.
