As a Terra Firma Business Consultant, you will benefit from working with a variety of our valued clients across a broad range of industry sectors. You will work on long and short-term projects where your change management skills will be showcased. Reporting to the Consulting Capability Executive you will be provided with ongoing leadership and support. A typical assignment with one of our clients may include:Change Strategy Development: Create and implement change management strategies aligned with the organisation’s objectives and initiatives, utilising contemporary change methodologies in agile and traditional delivery environments Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure buy-in, involvement, and support throughout the change process Change Communication: Develop clear, concise, and targeted communication plans to ensure all employees are informed and prepared for upcoming changes Training and Support: Design and deliver training programs to support the adoption of new processes, tools, and systems Resistance Management: Identify potential sources of resistance and develop strategies to address concerns and encourage adoption Impact Assessment: Conduct impact assessments to understand how changes will affect various teams and processes, and ensure necessary steps are taken to mitigate disruptions Monitoring and Reporting: Track progress of change initiatives, measure success, and provide regular updates to leadership Continuous Improvement: Review and evaluate change management processes to identify opportunities for improvement in future initiatives Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other business units to align change management efforts with broader organisational goals The Ideal CandidateYou will have experience as a Change Manager with a variety of industry experience under your belt and knowledge and experience with contemporary change methodologies in agile and traditional delivery.
