Business Development and Operations Manager MAC Healthcare Services is an employment agency placing nurses and midwives in hospitals and nursing homes. We are also registered with NDIS to provide support for people living with disabilities within and outside Canberra. We provide Supported Independent Living (SIL), support participants with social and community engagement including Specialised Nursing Care. We are currently advertising for the position of Business Development and Operations Manager. Our Offer Hybrid work opportunity Competitive pay Full-time position Job Description / Responsibilities This will be focused mainly on service delivery, business development, managing stakeholders, and financial management. Responsibilities include: Sourcing for and gaining new NDIS participants. Devise and maintain meaningful relationships with business stakeholders. Develop strategies that will ensure the expansion of the business. Stay up to date with disability-related operational trends and NDIS policy changes and ensure implementation of such changes. Oversee NDIS services delivery, drive a culture of care and improvement, and ensure adherence to the organisation’s policies and procedures, including NDIS compliance. Ensure high-quality, personalised support for participants. Qualifications and Experience Diploma or tertiary qualification. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Development Manager in the disability industry. Proven experience in a similar role. Proven relationship building and growth strategy implementation. Comprehensive knowledge of NDIS and relevant legislation. Proven track record in acquiring participants that need support. Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks and market conditions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills. Employer Questions Right to work in Australia?
