Business Development Associate - Crypto Exchange We are seeking a Business Development Associate to expand our reach within the retail sector and establish key relationships that drive growth. If you're a self-starter with a track record of building impactful networks and driving results, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage strategic relationships with retail-focused partners, asset managers, and other key stakeholders to onboard retail clients to our platform. Identify, negotiate, and execute partnerships that unlock access to pools of retail investors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align sales strategies with our goals. Analyze market trends and retail client behaviors to inform business strategies. Provide regular reports on BD efforts, pipeline status, and market insights to the leadership team. Act as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring a clear understanding of our value proposition. Qualifications Experience: 3-5 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition, ideally within financial services, crypto, or retail-focused sectors. Network: Existing relationships with asset managers, retail-focused firms, or related entities is a strong plus. Skills: Proven ability to identify and close high-value partnerships. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with experience interpreting market data. Mindset: Self-starter with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
