Work Location Requirements: Hybrid, two days per week on-site in Sydney CBD (Mondays and Thursdays) rest of the week working from home. Be part of a dynamic team transforming how brands use data to optimize retail operations. We’re looking for a commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, engaging clients on execution strategies while managing diverse commercial projects for our in-store solution, The Snooper App. As part of our team, you’ll contribute to the B2B sales strategy for in-store solutions across APAC, working with retailers and manufacturers in Consumer Electronics and FMCG to drive impactful commerce initiatives. Essential Functions: Coordinate the entire sales process, from executing hunting strategy to deal closure. Identify target customers and segments to build a strong sales funnel, utilizing effective strategies to reach, engage, and convert leads. Communicate our value proposition and promote Wiser products and services in customer meetings, driving cross-selling opportunities between in-store and online solutions (see full suite at Develop tailored proposals addressing the needs of prospective customer organizations and negotiate contracts. Collaborate with the Customer Success team to implement our ‘farming’ strategy, keeping customers engaged and expanding existing key accounts through our product portfolio, new geographies, and business units. Drive recurring sales by fostering long-term customer relationships and positioning Wiser as a strategic partner in enhancing their retail execution across both online and in-store channels. Qualifications Ideally has a minimum of 1 to 2 years of sales experience in Retail, FMCG, management consulting, or selling software/SaaS solutions. Must have a strong commercial drive and passion for sales and growing a business. Very good communication and presentation skills to pitch Wiser products and services to C-Level customers. Commitment to drive key initiatives to successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, organized, and able to multi-task. Great sense of ownership, personal drive, and autonomy. Results-driven and able to think quickly on your feet. Problem solver that isn’t afraid to make the tough ask. Team player, caring deeply about people and culture.
