The role The Business Development Director, Infrastructure is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the business development operations across the Asia Pacific region (APAC). You will be accountable for leading and maintaining oversight of all current and upcoming bids, providing maintenance, working collateral and content, as well as leading and coordinating tender submissions across all our sectors while aligning business development (BD) activities. Working closely with the infrastructure Directors, this key role will support clients with relevant knowledge, unparalleled technical expertise, and an impact-focused precision to win strategically important projects. Key responsibilities include: Support in the development of Palladium Infrastructure’s long-term strategy for business development and growth at APAC. Oversee the development and communication of market analysis and research insights that could inform the realization of APAC’s strategic growth targets. Oversee business development initiatives within APAC to ensure priority bids are managed through structured capture plans that align with APAC’s strategy. Identify and influence potential business opportunities over the mid to long-term and oversee the development of compelling value propositions for all of APAC’s bids. Collaborate with key stakeholders from Europe, Middle East and Africa regions (EMEA) and the Americas and contribute to their opportunities to pursue opportunities within APAC. Support the preparation of the commercial aspects of bid development to ensure a consistent and sustainable approach for the business which meets the needs of both the client and APAC’s business revenue targets. Liaise and coordinate as required with other external Palladium partners, networks and GISI operating companies within the region. About You You will have a deep understanding and successful track record of writing and winning professional services firms tenders, ideally in the consulting project management sector. You are a strategic thinker, possess excellent project management and planning skills, and have an extensive and broad network within Infrastructure. Additional key requirements include: Best in class business development and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. A proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion, particularly in a multicultural environment. A natural networker and comfortable presenting to a variety of audiences.
