An exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing identity SAAS start-up. 28th January, 2025 Implementation/Customer Onboarding Lead - Sydney The business is seeking an experienced Implementation Lead / Customer Onboarding Lead to drive the successful deployment and adoption of their solutions. In this role, you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding for clients.Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer commitments and translate them into actionable implementation strategies. Engage directly with clients and partners to guide them through the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the solutions. Provide technical guidance to client and partner teams, ensuring best practices are followed, though this is not a hands-on role. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients maximise the value of the solution and drive successful adoption. Identify and address any implementation challenges, proactively mitigating risks and ensuring a positive client experience. Skills/Qualifications Proven experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or project management within a technology-driven environment. Strong ability to bridge technical and business requirements, ensuring successful client adoption. Experience working with SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise software implementations is highly desirable. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
