Business Development Manager – Full Time Position An exciting opportunity is available for a Business Development Manager to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for effectively marketing, evaluating, recruiting, establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with new and existing casino customers in your region in order to drive visitation to Casino Canberra. You will track and monitor guest feedback and participation on an ongoing basis to determine program effectiveness. Prepare, coordinate, host and administer casino marketing promotions and events and drive visitation of VIP customers through the development and implementation of marketing programs in at Casino Canberra. As a valued member of the casino marketing team, you will need to be a strong ambassador of positivity, respect, teamwork and professionalism. You will be encouraged to contribute to strategy, to innovate, problem solve and think creatively. To be considered for this position you will have: Demonstrated success in a casino marketing role with established relationships with casino customers in key markets Experience in developing and staging targeted functions and events that successfully drive increased visitation and spend from high value casino customers and VIPs Proven experience in a high-end or luxury, customer focused environment An understanding of gaming rules and regulations is essential Willingness to travel to Canberra for events and other business needs, if you are not based in Canberra About us We are a diverse workforce with a focus on excellence in entertainment and customer service.
