The Role This is more than just a sales role—it’s an opportunity to drive business growth and represent a comprehensive range of solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in growing our client base and delivering tailored solutions. High performers who achieve or exceed revenue targets will also have the opportunity to lead a team and drive future business strategy. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, exercise physiologists, hospitals, aged care providers, and fitness professionals. Present and demonstrate a wide range of rehabilitation, fitness, and medical equipment solutions. Effectively utilise CRM tools to manage sales pipelines, track client interactions, and produce accurate performance reports. Stay informed on industry trends, products, and innovations to provide expert guidance to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from sales to delivery. Represent Rehab Technology at industry events, expos, and conferences to increase market presence. Contribute to shaping the growth of the business. About You We’re looking for a driven sales professional with experience in building client relationships and delivering tailored solutions. A background in healthcare, rehabilitation, or fitness equipment is highly desirable. Key Requirements Proven sales experience, with a strong record of achieving or exceeding targets. Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) to manage sales pipelines and client interactions. Knowledge or background in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or a related healthcare or fitness field (highly desirable). Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with excellent organisational abilities.
