Business Development Manager – Motorcycle Sales (Retail & Dealership Partnerships) Paso Motors is a new boutique motorcycle brand, known for delivering bikes that stand out in both style and performance. With a focus on sleek, eye-catching designs, unbeatable value, and long-lasting reliability, our motorcycles are made to impress and built to last. Since launching in Sydney and expanding across the East Coast, we’ve built a loyal following. Now, we’re looking to grow our presence nationally, bringing Paso Motors to riders across the country who value both style and dependability. Role Overview: As the Business Development Manager at Paso Motors, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our brand through strategic sales efforts. You will engage with motorcycle retailers and dealerships, providing them with the products, tools, and support they need to successfully sell Paso Motors bikes. This role requires a dynamic sales professional with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the motorcycle industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach new motorcycle retailers and dealerships to expand the sales network for Paso Motors. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the motorcycle retail and dealership market. Provide product knowledge and training to retailers and dealerships, ensuring they have the necessary tools to sell Paso Motors products effectively. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeted at motorcycle retailers and dealerships. Monitor sales performance, track market trends, and adjust strategies to meet business objectives. Attend motorcycle industry events and exhibitions to promote Paso Motors products and expand the dealer network. Maintain a deep understanding of competitor products, industry trends, and market dynamics to stay ahead of the competition. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales within the motorcycle industry or a related field. Strong understanding of the motorcycle retail and dealership ecosystem. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and prioritise multiple tasks effectively. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused mindset. Experience working with product training, promotional campaigns, and sales strategies.
