We also offer world-class 4PL logistics through our ISO-accredited, temperature-controlled distribution centers. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager - Pharmacy to join our team in Perth. You’ll manage key accounts, drive new business growth, and expand our market presence with innovative products like WardBox and Vantage, demonstrating their value and achieving impactful results across metro and regional areas at CH2/Paragon Care. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong connections with key customers. Conduct regular visits to clients to strengthen partnerships and identify growth opportunities. Present CH2/Paragon Care’s products, like WardBox and Vantage, and demonstrate their value to clients. Set and pursue sales goals to drive growth in your territory. Research market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies. Create and follow a Territory Plan to maximize account coverage and new business pursuits. Provide regular updates on sales activities and customer feedback to the management team. Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in healthcare sales and account management. Experience in retail pharmacy is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Sales-driven with the ability to manage sales territories and meet targets. Comfortable with Excel for performance and sales tracking. A proactive, customer-focused mindset. Why Join Us?
