To support our growth, we are seeking a passionate, results-driven, and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the expansion of our rent roll. This role offers the unique opportunity for equity share in the business after successfully completing the probationary period. Your Role & Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting – Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, whether through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, or cold outreach. Relationship Building & Client Engagement – Establish trust with property investors, developers, real estate professionals, and referral partners such as financial advisors and mortgage brokers. Strategic Marketing & Sales – Develop innovative strategies to attract new landlords and investors, ensuring a strong pipeline of new property management agreements. Event Networking & Community Engagement – Represent Coral Sea Property Services at industry events, investment seminars, and networking functions. Follow-Up & Conversion – Become a follow-up expert , maintaining regular contact with potential clients to convert leads into signed management agreements. Collaboration Across Teams – Work closely with the property management and sales teams to enhance client retention and growth.
