We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager - Wealth to join our highly supportive team and be part of our growth journey. This role will be based in Melbourne. About the Role The Business Development Manager – Wealth will be part of a highly motivated team whose key focus will be to provide the current and new clients with exceptional B2B client experiences and business relations. This role is for someone who has B2B sales experience in financial services and a strong drive to provide great outcomes for clients whilst assisting them with their consideration on our financial products and services, specifically Superannuation, Insurance, and Investment Options. Main Responsibilities Provide exceptional B2B client service and general advice across many of Hejaz’s wealth product offerings especially auto finance. Build and maintain strong ongoing relationships with the current and new business clients. Liaise with clients, internal and external stakeholders to manage clients’ enquiries. Accept and manage clients’ enquiries, following up on discussions, converting rapports to business referrals and agreements. Identify and investigate growth opportunities using various sources including clients and leads providers and report on lead progress. Prepare product and service proposals for clients in consultation with line manager and senior management. Establish client profiles, maintain and expand business client base. Work closely with other team members to deliver consistent and exceptional client experiences. Requirements Good understanding of financial services and products. Experience in Superannuation, investment options, insurance, or other financial services. Experience in auto finance highly regarded. Exceptional B2B sales skills and ability to build productive and lasting rapports and relationships with current and new business clients. Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of an organisation. Represent Hejaz and its brand to external clients and stakeholders at a high standard. Experience in listening, engaging with, and understanding clients’ needs. Excellent written and professional verbal communication skills. Proven ability to problem solve and work under pressure. Self-motivated and an aptitude to learn and develop.
