Business Development Manager - Aged Care My Guardian is an Aged Care and NDIS service provider that is dedicated to delivering the most compassionate and loving home care. An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated, self-driven Business Development Manager - Aged Care to join our team. This leadership role will drive Sales and Business Development by actively pursuing new business opportunities, leveraging leads generated by management and workforce coordinators, responding to relevant tenders, and managing a diverse portfolio of existing clients. The role also involves working collaboratively with the team to guide My Guardian towards exciting growth prospects and ensuring the timely onboarding of new clients. Key responsibilities include: Deliver measurable outcomes that support business growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, guiding prospects through the entire sales process. Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to extend the company's market reach. Perform industry research and enhance market knowledge to create impactful sales and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to enhance the current marketing plan, including reviewing social media content, print materials, influencer partnerships, and employee referral programs. Effectively communicate the status of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders. Leverage existing experience and proven financial strategies to boost sales revenue. Introduce My Guardian to new clients and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets. Cultivate and sustain strong, lasting relationships with key account stakeholders, customer contacts, and executives. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and potential partners to uncover future business opportunities. Prepare business development performance reports. Maintain a results-driven approach focused on achieving successful business outcomes. The successful applicant will have: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager. Extensive network and experience within the NSW Healthcare or Residential Aged Care sectors. Expertise in developing and executing effective business growth and sales strategies. Strong sense of self-motivation and a results-driven approach to achieving goals. Focused on acquiring new business, with enthusiasm and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
