Join HUB24 as a Business Development Manager in our Broker & Private Wealth team, where you will be responsible for growing and deepening relationships with brokers, private wealth firms, and financial advisers. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with experience in the wealth management and stockbroking sectors, who thrives on driving inflows, expanding adviser engagement, and providing strategic support to clients. You’ll manage a panel of advisers, identify new business opportunities, deliver platform training, and represent HUB24 at industry events. Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth – Achieve annual sales targets for the assigned adviser panel and the broader Broker Private Wealth channel. Pipeline Development & Conversion – Build, manage, and actively convert a prospect pipeline through structured outreach and relationship-building. Client Acquisition & Expansion – Grow new dealer/adviser agreements and increase the number of active users within existing groups. Client Relationship Management – Develop deep relationships with financial advisers, brokers, and private wealth professionals to enhance engagement with HUB24 solutions. Market Research & Competitive Analysis – Identify the share of wallet HUB24 receives from advisers, assess competitors’ platform usage, and present compelling reasons to transition to HUB24. Training & Client Support – Ensure advisers and their support staff are adequately trained on HUB24’s platform, technology, and services. Marketing & Industry Engagement – Represent HUB24 at industry conferences, PD days, and client events to increase brand awareness and market penetration. Corporate Values & Leadership – Actively contribute to a culture of collaboration, provide insights on market opportunities, and support colleagues in achieving shared goals. Requirements Degree in relevant business field. A minimum of 5 years in the Broker and Private Wealth industry. Proficiency in financial instruments, products, platforms, and financial planning, including understanding of relevant legislation and regulation. Strong relationship building and business development skills. Effective sales, persuasion, negotiation, and influencing abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills across phone, face-to-face, presentations, and public speaking. Client-focused with experience working across all levels. Proficient in coaching and training. Demonstrated positive attitude, integrity, and honesty. Strong problem-solving skills, time management, process orientation, and attention to detail. Team player with collaborative abilities.
