Business Development Manager (C&I) - Energy Retail About the Company JD Ross Energy have partnered with a forward-thinking Australian Energy Retailer. Our client specialises in obtaining the best value for their portfolio of customers, which includes many of the top 100 ASX companies, by partnering with businesses to reshape how they manage energy and offering expert advice. This is an exciting opportunity to elevate your career and develop under some of the brightest minds in the industry. They are currently looking to add a Business Development Manager to be an integral part of the team, identifying sales opportunities and managing relationships with key clients within the Commercial and Industrial space. About the Role Undertake direct sales by making initial contact with new customers and developing a prospect list that results in meeting sales targets Attend meetings, seminars, and conferences relevant to target market Identify opportunities to upsell new products/services Develop and submit responses to tender requests from customers Keep abreast of current and upcoming changes in market conditions, electricity spot pricing & futures pricing, changes in regulation etc. About You BA/BS degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Sales or alternative relevant field Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation ‘Solution Selling’ specialist with proven experience in the B2B market The ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment A team player, likes working alongside others in a collaborative environment This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career with a forward-thinking Australian Energy Retailer.
