Your Role & Team This is a pure B2B Business Development role responsible for the entire 360 sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing new opportunities across our Corporate Segment, which includes businesses with an annual turnover of $25M-$250M. You will build your patch and prospect list, taking prospects through a structured sales cycle that includes cold outreach, booking meetings, conducting demos, and closing deals before handing over to the appropriate Account Manager. This role reports directly to the VIC Sales Manager and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions out of our Melbourne CBD Office . Some of your responsibilities include: Prospecting and acquiring new business via outbound phone calls Booking demos with prospects Conducting tailored discovery to propose appropriate solutions Utilising Salesforce CRM to manage activity and forecast Working autonomously with a regular cadence of calls and meetings Achieving revenue targets based on new monthly recurring revenue (MRR) sales Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive customer engagement Training newly onboarded customers Our ideal candidate You’ll have a few years of sales experience, ideally within the B2B (and tech) space. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Resilience, ambition, and a nurturing approach are key. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
